I agree — that’s a really strange effect; I haven’t seen that before!
Correct me if I’m wrong, but did the SEAL window also shrink to a smaller size when you clicked the Add Files button (around 3 seconds in)? Or was that just an artifact of the screen recording?
Also, does this screen movement issue occur every time you try this — even before opening a file? And does it behave the same way across all SEAL utilities?

I can now recreate it — it occurs when display scaling is enabled in your system settings.
We’ll look into this further.

Great you found out why I got a strange behavior.
I have only tested it in Dwg2Tgml, since that is the only part of SEAL i use
