Hi @Quan ,
Thanks for reaching out.
From the URL response, it looks like your Schneider account might not be set up correctly to allow access to SEAL Desktop. You’ll need to contact your account manager to ensure your account is configured as an EcoXpert (Registered, Certified or Master ), which is required for access.
That said, SEAL should have guided you to a page that explains this more clearly. We’ll investigate why that redirection isn’t working as expected.
Please reach out to your account manager to verify your account setup.
You can also find helpful information on how to verify this yourself in Brukal’s response on this post:

Strange, it seems the underlying web server hasn't been started or something like that.
I don't know if you can see anything in a log file?
%LocalAppData%\Schneider Electric\SEAL
@StefanLundin have we seen this before?

@Quan actually your account is as such set up correctly. What is missing is something called "PPC Review" (Primary Partner Contact). Long story short, the main contact on your side needs to review and accept that you are actually a member of the company. If that person doesn't know how to do that, that person can definitely get help from your Schneider Electric representative.

Hi,
It is the same problem here. After the latest update (1.17.2), I can't log in into SEAL.
I click "Sign In" -> Browser appears -> I log in with my credentials -> Get a message that "You can now close this window." and in the same time, "Sorry, there's nothing at this address." appears in the SEAL application.
As far as I know, our integrator status is set up correctly, but our main contact can't find any interface where he could agree to my "PPC Review" (as mentioned in the previous post). The company data seems to be ok.
As additional information, in MySchneider -> Programs, there is no any certificate appearing. It says "We are working on your partner certification assignment, but it is taking longer than expected. Please wait while we load the proper certification information.", but it won't appear.
Could you please help us out? We are stuck accessing SEAL.

@BAK thanks for reaching out. When I check the account setup, there's definitely an issue. Please have you Schneider Electric representative (partner contact within Schneider) reach out to me so we can get it sorted.
