Hi Dolencio,
Please specify what appliance you are connecting the sensor pod 150 to, and also what sensors you will be connecting to the sensor pod 150.
Thanks

See FAQ FA156087 for the maximum cable lengths between the sensor pod 150 and the various sensors. If you exceed these lengths, the sensors will likely report as unplugged or N/A, so you wont get any readings from them. Also, you may need to use repeaters if the distance between the appliance and the sensor pod 150 is greater than 100 meters.

Are you also using the NBES0304 dry contact cable to connect to the Levato device?
If you are, the cable should not be more than 30.5 meters or 100 feet. If the cable is within that length, then you should probably contact your local Technical Support to troubleshoot the issue you are having.

The repeaters could only be used for the A-Link communication between the 570 and the sensor pod 150. You cannot use them anywhere else.

that means that i can move the pod for some where near the Levato devise and save the length of the cable. so my question is what is the recommended length between the pod 150 and the 570.

The length of the cable between the 570 and sensor pod 150 can be up to 1000 meters, but you would need to use a repeater after every 100 meters.
If the distance between your 570 and pod 150 is less than 100 meters, then you can just use the one cable.
Hope this is clear.
