Hello Support

I am trying to redeem 15 node Surveillance license but getting error that "Trial License are not allowed for this SKU" can you please help me why facing this error?

Hi Imran,

This is a known issue with creating trial surveillance licenses on our new system. If you can contact local support in your region, they will be able to assist you in creating new trial licenses on the old system.
