Is it possible to replace the monitored device category with a label? or update the monitored device name?

Hello @Martinmx,

That field is populated based off of the identification information set on the end-device.  For example, on a NetBotz 250 (UPS would be similar), the identification information can be set under the Configuration Menu > General > Identification:
