redeem a license

Hello,

I followed this guide : EcoStruxure IT Entitlements - Redeem software licenses

I can see a license substate available in software license. 

When I click on it the license key below the page is empty.

I can also see it in available license as DCE node license

However the Base assets is empty and I cannot add  Base assets.

In understand this is the only way to redeem/generate my license keys for 5 additional licenses in my DCE(on premise).

How can I get my license key ?

You'll get the fastest resolution if you contact support.

For DCE: 

Go to https://www.apc.com/support/contact-us/

Depending on your region, chat, phone, and a web form are available.

For DCO and ITA:

Go to https://ecostruxureit.com/support and click Submit a ticket.
