Buongiorno,

Hi Daniele, thanks for posting! I did a quick google translation of your question - hope this is a fair representation of what you're asking:
"Good morning,
I need your help as I tried to connect a 48-port patch panel with a Nexus 93108TC-EX with a RJ45 cable this morning.
Although the Nexus 93108TC-EX ports are free, the product does not allow connection. "
Thanks,
Stine

Yes, the Translation is correct.
I add that using another apparatus in the same rack the problem does not repeat .
Thanks in advance for your response

Hi Daniele,
I did a quick test moment ago and could make a network connection between a Nexus 93108TC-EX and a patch panel without any problem. You might want to verify if the network port types are similar (RJ45) for both devices:

I verified, the type of ports and the cable speed are the same.
I also tried increasing the number of ports. For the product all ports are occupied even if free.

Hi Daniele,
Can I ask for the following data, then I will take a look and see what might be causing the problem:
screen captures illustrating the network connection/configuration issue
copy of the backup file
I will send you an invite to my =S= box shortly, so the data safely can be shared with me, thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Daniele,
I have noticed that you have uploaded log-set + images showing the properties of two devices - but I don't see your backup file. Backup files are usually located in /data/backup folder and can also be downloaded from web-client (Administration > Backup and Restore), thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Daniele,
I have studied the setup and have now found out why the Network Connection tool is preventing to make a connection from device in U-39 (in rack E 4) to other device(s).
There are too many connections originated from this device (in U-39), and as illustrated in the following image:
it appears there are at least 10 more connections (highlighted in red) attached to this device which are in the database but somehow they are removed from the user interface.
My recommendation: re-model the device and its connections, eg. delete the device, add a new one and then configure its network connections.
Please let me know if you have questions, thanks.
Kind regards
