Hello
I have a customer who does not visualize the power data of these ATS AP4423 with DCE 7.5.
While it has other ATS AP7723 and these equipment go back well the power info on DCE.
The ATS AP4423 firmware is in 6.5.1.
The client has updated the DDF file and unfortunately the problem persists.
Will there be very soon an update of the DDF file that corrects this problem?
Thank you

Hi, which version of APC ATS DDF did the customer upgrade to?
There are two concerns here to know about:
1.) APC ATS v13 is the version we need with all appropriate DDF fixes. If you don't have that, let us know or request it from DDF team. v12 DDF was included in DCE 7.5.0 but v13 has a change I'd recommend to make sure everything works with older AP77XX ATS models.
2.) The AP44XX series ATS firmware itself on v6.5.1 (and earlier) has a bug unfortunately that causes SNMP GET responses not to display and populate properly for values like input voltage and output power. This then causes the values not to populate within DCE since DCE does an SNMP GET to retrieve the info. If you do a "walk" command in other tools outside of DCE on the correct SNMP OIDs, it works. It is only the GET command. (Some results vary by model and if the ATS has breaker banks or not.) This will be fixed in next Rack ATS firmware due out within 6-8 weeks as it stands now.
Hope this clarifies.

Hi Laurent,
Yes, you can find ATS4G 6.5.6 for download in the DCE firmware catalog or you can download it directly from ftp://restrict:Kop$74!@ftp.apcc.com/restricted/hardware/nmcard/firmware/ats4g/656/apc_hw05_aos656_at...
