Hi, Can access the history alarmas portlet but when i try to use the sensors portlet recive this message "sensor temporarily unavailable" how can fix this issue?

Hi Miguel,
It might be a configuration issue, if device doesn't have sensor selected or to be selected:
But if we go ahead, and select a devices and select a sensor (that can provide data), then the configured Sensor portlet should display data:
PS. it is also recommended to use Portal version compatible with your DCO. The latest version of Portal (1.3.7) is compatible with DCO 8.1 and 8.2/8.2.2

Jef. I'm with the last version of portal DCE and DCO, I cant't select the sensor but when y push "save and close" or "save" i recive the error. Or sometimes no error but don´t show anything

Hi Miguel,
If there is no sensor to be selected, then there won't be any sensor data that could be displayed (similar to my first image/illustration).

Jef Yes i can select sensor as you can see
But afer save i recive the error or empty portlet.
