 i m facing a problem in DCE 7.2.7 on main monitoring page. there is no any model, location or other detail on it, about other APC devices like uniflair and third party devices which are add in DCE server.also i attach a picture of this status.please support me that how to fill it or how to add the status

What you are seeing is the information that the individual devices' DDF is reading and reporting.  If you know that the information that you want IS available via SNMP or via the Modbus-TCP then you need to work with the folks who create/update the DDF files and have them tweak the DDF to pull in that information.
