hi, have two party question.
1) After installing Sealevel 463, ( on Netbotz 570 ) to monitor 4 Galaxy 5500 (relay cards) we found that over the weekend we where not getting the Heartbeat (to confirm that the modem is operational) SMS from the NB570. After a few reboots of the systems the problem returned, we then removed the Sealevel unit from the NB570 this seems to clear the problem. Could you please share your insights on this issue
2) As mentioned above we are using the NB570 to monitor 4 Galaxy 5500 via the relay cards. We found that out for the 4 UPS units only one is not sending the alert state to the Sealevel unit. I've swopped relay cards in the units, but the problem remains. I've swopped the wiring on the Sealevel dry contact card, but the problem remains.
Is there a limit to how many UPS relay cards can be connected to the NB570?
