On a Netbotz 570 device running 4.6.2 firmware. Trying to change labels on Sea Level inputs and keep on getting this error:
I have rebooted device, power cycled and disconnected Seal Level unit. It has also duplicated the inputs for Sea Level.
Any fixes for this?
Thanks

Hi Gary,
I've not sen that before but the first thing I would suggest is that you make sure the version of Advanced View that you're running exactly matches the version of Botzware on the 570.
What sealevel model are you using?
You also mention:
I have rebooted device (570?), power cycled and disconnected Seal Level unit. It has also duplicated the inputs for Sea Level.
Is there much configuration that you've done on this Sealevel device? I would think that having them duplicated, you'd want to disconnect and remove the listings for the device. Also if you plugged it into a different USB port, the appliance may see it as a different device. Are you connected directly to the unit or through a hub? Does the serial port applet show it as a single sealevel device or multiple?
If the bot has not been fully configured yet, you may want to reset the entire config and start again using configreset as per k-base FA158175.

Hi Gary,
In addition to what Steve mentioned, I would also recommend reviewing the application note 134 which discusses the benefits and limitations of using Sealevel Systems equipment with our Netbotz appliances.
This article also points out the additional equipment needed for deploying this type of solution.

I hope this helps.
