Hi
I have a problem with Netbotz 200, if i put more than 2 TH Sensors the 3rd sensor will not be registered. If i remove the unregistered sensor, the unit will automatically reset to default threshholds for the other two sensors.
Can you please assist on how many TH sensors can one put on a Netbotz 200 unit.
Thanks in advance

Hello James,
The NetBotz 200 can support up to 78 universal sensors(AP9335T, AP9335TH and NBES0304) and up to 16 A-link device or sensors. To be assist you with you issue please elaborate on your configuration, if possible include model numbers of sensor and which port you are connecting them to.
Thanks
Victor

The TH sensors am connecting to the unit are AP9335TH, the netbotz unita has 6 ports for connecting sensors and am connecting only three sensors. Two can be seen the third one can't be seen. The sensors are connected directly on the unit. Thanks in advance

James, It sounds like everything is connected correctly. It sounds like we need to isolate slightly further, please let me know of the outcome with the following 1. Unplug the power cord 2. Remove all sensors from the unit 3. Plug the non-reporting sensor to a port that was reporting another sensor 4. Power unit back on If after following the steps above the probe is still not reporting, please contact technical support for the latest firmware to apply on the NetBotz and a possible RMA. Thanks Victor

James, in addition to VSale's question, it will be important to know whether each TH sensor has it's own cable going directly to the NetBotz 200 or if you've daisy-chained them from one to the next such that only one cable is connected directly to the NetBotz 200 appliance.
