I need for trial license IT expert. I registered DCE connect to ITE, but i can't get free trial

Download Ecostruxure IT gateway (click on the gateway link in your screenshot) discover your devices

Disconnect your DCE from Ecostruxure IT Expert Administration tab

and add the gateway ID to your Ecostruxure IT Expert account.

You cannot use DCE as gateway for ITE.

but why I can register to ITE and the device discover can appear from inventory ITE

The registration you did with DCE was for Ecostruxure Asset advisor (same page) for remote services, and that can be done via DCE.

You will not be able to see the full ITE features from DCE to Ecostruxure IT such as benchmarking, assesement.

To test out the ITE, you will need to:

1.install the Ecostruxure IT gateway &rediscover devices with gateway,

2.Disconnect DCE from your Ecostruxure IT account

3.Add the gateway to your account
