HI ALL,
I have a trouble.I have many netbotzs(netbotz450+),they always send some alarms to DCE.And alarm level is "critical",i want modify the level,how to do?

Hi LEM,
if if you are referring to pods or sensors becoming disconnected, you would want to probably check the settings through advanced view. I believe though they are set as failure by default.
If you are referring to a lost communications message between the server and NatBotz, this sadly is not configurable. It is already an enhancement request in the system and hopefully we can get that configurable soon.
