I need to send ddf request and it will need a 'modbus ddf request form'. Where can I download this form?

Ziqiang,
DDF Requests can now go through this website. The forms become available when you go to "Add My Device" and then you have to search for a Model, if the one you want isn't listed, select Request. You can then choose DDF under choose type and then select SNMP or ModBus in the drop down list that becomes available. The form will then be available for download.
