If I correctly assume you need a DDF-file for MGE PMM equipment?
Then for this purpose there is a special page Device Support on EcoStruxure IT. For example, a simple search for the key phrase "mge pmm" produces the following result:
That is, at least the five model of MGE PMM is already supported by DCE software. And by clicking on the button I WANT IT TOO within one business day you will be sent a web-link to download the DDF-file.
But if a 3-rd party device, for example, like your MGE PMM is not yet supported by DCE software, then you can easily create a Device Request. How to correctly do this is well written in topic How to request for DDF (SNMP or Modbus).
