Do you observe a similar change in the corresponding Temperature sensor as well(if at all you have one)?

Hi Oscar,

Are all the lines on the graph from the same NetBotz appliance or are some from another. Basically I'm looking to see if all of the sensors from one appliance are gone as this could indicate the loss of communications between the DCE and NetBotz. As Aniruddha noted in his comment, is it happening to temp if this is a temp/humidity sensor? If this sensor is on an external pod, did it happen to all sensors on that pod? You need to see if maybe the sensor, pod, or whole unit may have had an issue.

I'm curious also is this happening on a regular basis or was this an apparent one time issue? I would also be curious to know what happened on the NetBotz appliance at this time. What events if any were reported to DCE? What appliances, firmware, sensors and version of DCE are in use here?

NetBotz will only keep data itself for about a day unless configured with an external drive. If you can look at a graph of today's sensors and you still see this issue in DCE, Take a look at the NetBotz appliance. Does it show data for this time? What events if any are shown on the NetBotz appliance or in DCE around the time the data appears to be missing? I would also be curious to see the data for this sensor during this period to see if it matches the graph.

Have you tried running this report both using the options for the last month as well as a range such as July 7th to July 14th. Please keep in mind that this is old data and troubleshooting this type of issue is difficult in the best of situations. It would be best if we could look at the issue as it occurs or very soon after. Assuming the NetBotz never sent the data, the appliance will not be able to tell us what happened over a month ago.

Steve
