is AP9320 supported by EcoStrucureIT Gateway?

I cannot get the gateway to discover an APC EMS part number AP9320.  The scan log shows

"The EMS device was detected but is not supported"

Seems a bit odd that an APC device is not supported.  Does this mean I have to request a DDF for it?

I think it is realted to the version of the gateway you are using.

What version are  you using?

Dear Garry,

I would suggest you to submit a request for DDF. The message which you received after discovery of this device indicate that DDF is not yet available for this product to monitor on EcoStruxure IT gateway.
