Dear Krista Flynn,
Please show a screenshot of your problem. At what humidity value did the report stop?
With respect.

The last known value is listed in the screenshot. Looks to be 14/15. Sensors 1,3,4 are the sensors that stopped reporting humidity in the graphs. I logged onto the NetBotz device and the status on them shows OK. I also attached screenshot of current info when I hover over the NetBotz.

Dear Krista Flynn,
I already reported this issue in my topic . Your issue is related to the minimum permissible relative humidity measured by the humidity sensor, which is connected to the NetBotz-4.x appliance.
Accordingly, until the relative humidity returns to normal limits, the sensor readings will not be available ☹️. Unfortunately, Schneider Electric's technical support on this issue did not answer anything...
With respect.

Appreciate your response! According to the sensor pod documentation the relative humidity listed is 10 to 90%. I will continue to monitor it to confirm what you have already discovered. Thanks!

Dear Krista Flynn,
According to the sensor pod documentation the relative humidity listed is 10 to 90%.
As I mentioned in the above my post, min 14% RH – is a restriction on the NetBotz-4.x appliance, not the humidity sensor.
With respect.

My sensors are still not reporting but it must be due to the fact that they are below a certain humidity %. I'm just monitoring and waiting to see if the humidity rises in that location to see if the sensors start reporting/graphing again.

Dear Krista Flynn,
If you have physical access to the humidity sensor(s), then you can just breathe on it for a few minutes to check it 😀. As a result, around this sensor, the humidity will increase greatly and you will see that it is working normally.
This is tested by me in practice 😀.
With respect.

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't have access to the device but I can get someone to run this test. That's a great idea.

I was able to have some test the sensors by temporarily raising the humidity by breathing on them to make sure that the sensors were working. They reported on the graph until they dropped below 14% but at least I know that the sensors are working. Thanks.

Dear Krista Flynn,
Excellent, I'm glad to hear it 😀.
I.e., now you know, that humidity sensors are working properly and you know, that NetBotz-4.x appliance has a lower limit on humidity of 14% RH.
With respect.
