Just click by a right mouse button and select from the shortcut menu "Remove..." (if of course you have access at the level of the DCE administrator).

One word of caution since I noticed that you also have the DCO icon next to your DCE icon.
Make sure you UN-associate the rack-pdu device(s) in DCO PRIOR to removing the device(s) in DCE or you end up creating "orphans" within DCO that become problematic going forward. This includes any devices that the rack-pdu is assigned to and any devices ie servers that may be assigned to the rack-pdu.
