I would like the best practice or procedure to integrate a powerlogic EGX100 into StruxureWare Data Center Expert.

Hi Enric,
You don't actually integrate the EXG100 itself into StruxureWare Data Center Expert (DCE). For the Modbus devices on the serial connection of the gateway, you have likely already set up slave addresses. You would then need to create a modbus discovery in DCE for each device. Modbus discoveries can not at this time discover multiple devices. During the Modbus discovery, you are prompted to select the proper DDF or device definition file as well as the IP for the gateway and the slave address for the specific device. If you do not currently have a DDF for your device, you'll want to contact the team that creates them at:
If you've already discovered the gateway using SNMP, you will likely be unable to discover the connected modbus devices. If this is the case, you'll want to delete the gateway and add the modbus devices as noted above.
