how to insert servers into SWO with ETL?

I trying to insert servers from EXCEL to SWO with ETL using the configuration_item table but I don't know how can I indicate the room, row, rack, etc.

May I use the ci_fingerprint field? In that case what is the path syntaxis?

Hi Enric,

You cannot directly add servers to the model through ETL. You need to place them using the Device Association view in the client. From then on, the servers in DCO will be associated with the ETL data.
