Hi Igor!
If I understand correctly, you faced with problem when you can not open several tabs of DCE's browser for devices in private network.
This is the way internal browser works on private side. If you need several tabs simultaneously, you should use external browser. You can set it in File -> Client preferences menu.

Hi Igor,
Can you please elaborate? Are you looking to view DCE on a "windows device" or are you trying to discover (or not discover) windows devices in an SNMP discovery?
DCE can discover nearly and SNMP device including operating systems. Based on what information is returned, we define the device as a UPS, PDU, Windows system etc. If you're looking to discover specific devices and not others, you have the option to specify community names and IP ranges but DCE does not provide the option to discover a range of IPs but specify what types of devices to discover or not discover.
If you're looking to launch to DCE from a Windows "device" such as a touch pad, you can launch to the server's web interface but the console which is currently used for most configuration has specific Windows systems to which it can be installed. Specifics can be found in the release notes.
Again, if there is something else you're looking for, please specify.
Steve
