Hi Darius,
We don't recommend creating DDFs on your own. We suggest working with the Schneider Electric DDF team that you can contact through the device support menu on this page. I have seen instances where incorrectly created DDFs can cause issues in DCE up to the point where DCE won't even start any longer which will cause you to contact support and potentially restore the system. We can't stop you from trying but we may not be able to support your system with a home made DDF installed.
That being said, there is also no customer facing documentation available about DDF creation.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi Darius Znamerovskis,
DCIM Support has already covered the official position of Schneider Electric on this issue many times. See the search result on DCIM Support for the phrase, for example, "custom DDF".
DCIM Support has two search fields whose behavior is different:
With respect.
