Hi Miguel,

To get a DDF created, please contact multivendorsupport@apcc.com. For modbus devices, you'll need to also send the register map as well as which sensors you'd want to see. For an SNMP device, you'll want to send the MIB as well as an SNMP walk of the target device.

Miguel, Although I am not directly a part of the multivendorsupport team, I do have access to view some of their info. It looks as though they responded to you on the 21st (last Thursday). You may want to check your e-mail's spam as maybe your system is filtering their response. Steve
