Dear Hojjat,

  1. From the Struxureware Central console, select System==> Server Administration Settings ==>Server Backup/Restore
  2. The Server Administration Settings screen is displayed. To add a backup, click Add Backup
  3. Choose the Remote Mount Type and click Next

  4. Provide the requested information and click Next

    Example:

Please make sure the following:

  • DCE server domain name & Windows share folder's domain name are same
  • Windows share's PC should be with Admin rights
  • Please make sure that PC firewall settings are not blocking the Windows Share mount from the DCE server

Regards,

Bala
