what could be the reason that capacity history report coming empty even though the Server is running and capacity groups defined.

I have had similar issues. Just ran a quick test on my server. Even though data should be available, some of the data type results in an empty capacity report: Measured A-Feed Average: There is no data available Estimated load: There is no data available Estimated failover load: There is no data available Available u-space: Ok Retirement candidates: Ok Server quantity: Ok

Hi Shemil/Christian,
It is most likely because the data type used in the report is not available on the level chosen in the location/equipment selection of the report.
Measured A-feed average: Rack/UPS level
Estimated load: Rack/UPS level
I will at some point work on making the Capacity History (KPI) Description include that level of detail.

Then it would make sense to tell/show the user, that the room selection is not valid, before the (empty) report is generated.
