can DCE api read history data/alarm?

I find in DCE API, we can read real-time data/alarm via web service API. Is there a way we can read history data/alarm via API?(the customer want to implement a function to fetch history data)

Your customer can use the DCE Web Services API http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/display/public/UADCE725/StruxureWare+Data+Center+Expert+Web+S... to access historical data
