Let's start with a few smaller ticket items before delving into more advanced troubleshooting.
Was the camera feed showing at some point in the past or has been showing the error message since installation?
Is the appliance running firmware 5.4.0? You can check the firmware by clicking on superuser in the upper-right and then about.
This firmware was just recently released and I would recommend upgrading to it before proceeding with troubleshooting. If the appliance is not on 5.4.0 or 5.3.5, you will need to upgrade to 5.3.5 before proceeding with the 5.4.0 upgrade. The firmware can be found on the product page on apc.com in the downloads section: https://www.apc.com/us/en/product/NBWL0755/wall-mount-security-and-environmental-appliance-netbotz-7...
Instructions on installing the firmware can be found in the NetBotz Room Monitor 755 Installation and Quick Start guide found on the product page as well under Documents.
It does not appear from the screen capture that you are using any additional sensor or rack access pods, but if you are, ensure that an A-Link terminator is installed correctly: https://www.se.com/us/en/faqs/FAQ000224706/
A common issue that leads to this specific scenario is that there isn't enough POE power (POE+) being provided by the switch. Information this can be found here: https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FAQ000221237/
I also recommend resetting the integrated camera by unscrewing the set screw at the back of the appliance and then reseating the camera. Careful not to over tighten the set screw when reconnecting.
Let us know the results and details of the above and we can look into this further if needed.
