Hi,
We would like to create a new asset using the rest API of IT Advisor. This asset should be created directly in a storage room not in a rack.
I have browsed the index of the API but i don't know if it is possible to do such a thing.
I see the "POST /assets/{asset-id}/children" which allow to create a new asset but in an existing asset (rack for example).
Is there a way to create it in a storage room ?
If yes, what are the mandatory parameters that should be provided to the API ?
Kind regards,

Hello @Jerome_C,
It is not currently possible to move assets/create assets into a Storage room via the web client, which aligns with the error I received when attempting to create an asset in the storage room via Rest API:
Adding assets to this asset is not supported
Hopefully this feature gets implemented for you in the future as the web client features continue to be expanded.
Kind Regards,
Cory
