I'm trying to add a hand full of Switched Rack PDU's (APC product) to our new DCE ver7.4.0. Are the SNMP configs diff than from a typical APC UPS? Unable to add or discovery these units for some reason. The discovery of my UPS' went great.

Hi Daniel,
APC switched rack PDUs are usually the same in the SNMP configuration as an APC UPS is...assuming similar firmware. You may want to look through k-base FA226273 for troubleshooting steps. If this doesn't help, please provide more information such as version of SNMP, settings on the NMC for SNMP (as an IP specifically associated), firmware version, troubleshooting steps taken, etc.
Thanks,
Steve.
