activate license

Hi.

I have registered the license to dcimasset and retrived my activation code. I try to insert it on DCO 8.1 server but seem like that server don't accept it, what can I do?

There is going to be a space in the license key that will need to be removed before pasting it into Data Center Operation.  More details can be found in knowledge base FA299045.
