Dear Team,
From above, I did load up change licenses to ITA 9.2.2 but then the work order button isn't showing.
Kindly anything I need to do to get showing?
Thank you.
Felix

Hello Felix,
Can you please confirm that your Change license and ITA Rack license match is rack counts?
For example, if you have 100 Racks of ITA you should also have 100 Racks of Change.
Thank You

Hi Felix,
Assuming if the Change license(s) installed, then most likely user permission related, illustrated here:
You might want to check the user Global Permissions settings and see if the 'Planning Work Orders' enabled for the user. If needed, you can also enable the 'Work Order Processes' for the user.
If the user is member of a user group, then you would need to check the groups Global Permissions settings.
And just in case, if it should be client temp files related, ask the user to start the desktop client with clean temp file. Client temp files are usually in C:\Users\<username>\.isxo\9.* (desktop client version), this folder can be deleted or renamed to something like 9.*_OLD and then start the desktop client.
Kind regards,
Jef
