1) Using the DCO web client only shows 100 work order, is it possible to configure the amount of work orders that I can see in the web client? Customer has many work orders (more than 100) but they want to see the complete list in the web client… How can I do that?
2)When a WO is created and is assigned to an specific person, another person can see and close the work order?
3)How can I write notes and comments in a WO using the web client?
4)What are the rights or privileges that may to have an user to write notes and comments in a WO?

Hi Luis,
Thanks for Posting.
2) If the user got "work order planning" permission then that user can see & execute the work orders assigned to Others. These type of work orders will be displayed under "Others" section in Work orders. To execute such work orders, user needs to assign the task to himself.
You can refer http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/display/public/UADCO8x/Executing+work+orders+using+the+web+cl... for more info.
3 &4 ) As of now there is only option to change "status" and "assign or unassign" task and no provision to add notes or comments in webclient.
Regards.

Another question regarding this topic… some WO created in the DCO desktop cliente are not shown on the web client WO list? We reboot the DCO server, uninstall and reinstall the web client but the issue is not resolved… do you think that is something wrong when the WO is created or is a bug in the DCO software…

Hi Luis,
Concerning the question 1:
It is not possible to see all (100+) work orders in the web client - I think the limitation to 100 or so is by design.
We have registered an enhancement case for this, to let our development team know that you/customer would like to be able to see 100+ work orders (in the web client).
And concerning the other issue: can you please post it as a new/separate question (with details + screen captures illustrating the issue). You might want to mask sensitive info (or make an internal post), then it can be followed as a separate case, thanks.
Kind regards
