A potential customer has an issue with wireless NetBotz temperature sensors - the sensors are visible in DCE, but not in DCO. Other (wired) temperature sensors show up fine.
The NetBotz sensors are updated to the latest firmware.
What could be the issue?
Thanks!
Kind regards,
Christian

Dear Christian,
I notice that your DCE version is 7.4.1. If possible, can you please upgrade to 7.4.3, and check if you are able to see the wireless sensors? I think that there was an update to the DDF file for Netbotz 250 in DCE 7.4.3
I also request you to make sure that NBRK0250 firmware also is the latest firmware version.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Bala

Upgrading to the latest version of DCE solved the issue. The wireless sensors are now shown in DCO.
Thanks Balaraman Jagadeesan
