Hi Team,
I've recently encountered an issue, i want to map temperature(wireless sensors) values on DCO, i did the association as desired.
As you can see the association is done:
Association showing to be okay
My 3D model doesnt map out the measured values. what might be the cause of this?
Please assist
Regards
Thabo

Hi Thabo,
As illustrated, perhaps your cooling plan is on "Nothing" or "Calculated plan":
Temperature sensors should appear when/if we switch to "Measured plan":
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
That is not the case, think it might have to do with the firmware of the sensors

Hi Thabo,
But according your 2D screen-shoot, it seems the temperature sensor data is being displayed in DCO.
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
The sensors are there on the 2D model, but on the 3D nothing shows up.
Note: I'm Using a Netbotz 250

Hi Thabo,
I've been running several tests since yesterday without any problem, wondering if it is possible to ask for a copy of your backup file so I can test it locally? I will send you an invite to my =S= box, so the data safely can be shared with me (if you would), thanks.
Kind regards

Hi I finally found my mistake, i discovered the Netbotz 250 as instead of SNMP. 😀
