My monthly StruxureOn report indicated a 5 point decrease from the previous month, but there was no explanation as to the cause of the decrease. There were no alarms. How do I determine the cause?

Hi jsears,
The reason for the change in the score is an increase in the battery temperature on the UPS. The battery temperature has gone from our recommended value to a higher temperature. A higher battery temperature can decrease the lifetime of the battery. This is what have caused the decrease in the score.
Thanks
