Why I can't download ITO agent from DCO 7.4 web page ?

I can download DCO client but can't download ITO agent , I already add-in ITO license to DCO client. What's the problem?  Does it must be connect to Internet ?

Most of the time ITO agent and similar plugins fail to show up on DCO because of web page offline cache issues.

Try removing Temporary Internet files, clear cache and then restart the browser and you will be able to see the ITO download option easily.

Hi Chu Li,

The ITO install file is no longer part of the 7.4 iso/upgrade file.

You will therefore need to access the internet to download it.

Hi Chu Li,

If you are working in a Data Center with no access to the internet could you download the file prior to going on-site. But I will contact you directly for details about the download.
