I want ONE portal to log in to see ALL of my clients' UPS/NMC configurations.
I do not want to use a separate email address for each client account. (I realized today that each reported support incident goes to a separate MySchneider account that I cannot access.)
I want to operate across my entire fleet and enable functions and see reporting for each client.
Is this concept even in the plans for ESIT?

Hello @LarryK,
Thank you for providing feedback on our offers. I have had a discussion with product management on this to ensure that they understand where you are coming from as an MSP and how you are utilizing the EcoStruxure IT Expert software.
EcoStruxure ITE is currently designed for either a direct end-user only setup or an end-user/partner setup. The partner setup allows for an end-user to provide access (optionally administrator access) to their partner so that they can see alarms, devices, and manage the customer environment. You may be able to register for a partner account and then link all of your end-user accounts up to the single partner account for a single pane of glass visibility.
For details on partner accounts, see our Help Center resources:
Kind Regards,
Cory

Yes, and what you describe is a completely bass-ackwards approach for MSPs who provide support for multiple clients. And those clients have ZERO inclination to want to deal with logging on to portals, notifications, and firmware updates - nor would I want (or expect) them to.
I have already created the "administrator" portal in Firefox - which doesn't actually DO anything, and each individual account in Chrome - because of your infernal email requirements.
But maintaining of a fleet of UPS's and NMC's across multiple clients is next to impossible using the software subscription mechanism provided.
If I want to update ALL NMC firmware to the latest version, I must spend several minutes logging in to each site, waiting for it to update, logging out, and repeating same over and over. Instead, I should be able to check a list of devices and click 'go' and have it done - once, and for everyone.
Spending my clients' funds (since the "m" word is not allowed) on this subscription to waste time manually doing things is so counter-productive, it is absurd.
I'm seriously considering letting all of these subscriptions lapse effective March 1, 2025.
Thanks for passing along my "thoughts and prayers."
