I have my trial StruxureWare DCE 7.2.6 appliance set up and it will not function without my explicit opening of ports as our server room is locked down tight. Can somebody provide me with a document or a list of inbound/outbound ports required for functionality? I have attempted to locate such information on my own and have failed. I could always open ports as I get to certain features that end up requiring it, however I'd rather get it all out of the way at once.

Hi Joseph,
The needed ports are documented in the following page:
StruxureWare Data Center Expert Security
Sorry to hear you didn't find it while searching. If you share your search terms we might be able to make it show higher in the list of search results for you and others in the future...?!?

Thank you, it was right beneath my nose. I believe my issue was that I had tried millions of searches on Google and scouring through PDFs that I believed would have the information before having even found this help site, so when I arrived here, I quickly gave up. I appreciate your help.
To be more specific, once obtaining the trial download through APCs Software Download site (which seems very outdated and disorganized), the documentation linked with it was missing. I found documentation through searching Google that led me to an older DCE "Online Help" document (version was 7.2.2) to which I could finally log in using the apcsetup credentials. I submitted a support ticket to APCs support site, to which I was told that they couldn't help me because "the SKU had been discontinued" referring to the documentation that was linked upon my download of the trial. I even submitted a support ticket to Schneider Electric to see if attacking from another angle would help, but my ticket was forwarded to APC support and I never got a response. It wasn't until after awhile that I finally stumbled on this site (help.se-dmaas.com) to which I was very pleased to have found. I really wish this was advertised a bit better through the process of obtaining the trial software. Once here, the first place I looked was the Online Help document which still didn't have the relevant information. Second, I looked into the Initial Setup Requirements, still to no avail. It was at the point, a nano-meter away from the information I was looking for, that I gave up and submitted a question.
Thank you again for your assistance, and I hope my short novel above helps reform the process for others in the future.
