Hi Ion-Rudolf Conradin Can you elaborate a little more on your question? Is it a SNMP OID for Data Center Expert you are looking for or is it for one of the connected devices? What are you trying to accomplish using this OID? Thanks Jesper

Hello,
If we are referring to the host name column within the Data Center Expert client then that information is pulled into Data Center Expert via the DNS server. Please see the knowledge base below FA267667

I am familiar with this option on Network Management Card 2 (NMC2) devices if you're referring to that product which you may monitor through DCE. It is an enabled/disabled option that allows the user to sync the DNS hostname with the System Name that shows along with Contact/Location under the general identification information.
(The same option can also be seen on the DNS name configuration page.)
We do currently have a bug on v6.X.X firmware which I've logged previously and will be evaluated for a fix in the future "When DNS hostname and System Name are not synchronized, no available SNMP OID provides the DNS host name."
When they are synchronized, you'll see the name under .iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2.system.sysName/.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5 .
Unfortunately, there is also no OID currently specific to NMC2 devices to enable/disable Host Name Synchronization either (assuming this was the product your question related to).
