What is ci_type=PowerModule in ETL Export configuration_item

I have a DCO 7.5 SP3 setup with over 100 Symmetra UPSs but there are only 16 power modules in the table, 2 in each of 8 UPSs.  What are these?

Could they be from a designer import, that included just the two UPSs? We do not currently use them in Operation, but they are captured by the ETL export.
