Using DCO racks without using capacity rack licence?

I have 100 DCO rack licences and 50 DCO Capacity rack licences.

When i try to save DCO with 51 racks it says i cant because there is not enough capacity rack licences.

How do i tell DCO to just to use the rack without using a capacity licence?
OR
Allocate the DCO capacity rack licences to racks or rooms etc?

The products licensed on a per rack basis (e.g. your DCO and Capacity) , need to all be at the same rack count on a DCO server.  See the Note at http://dcimsupport.apc.com/display/public/UAOp74/Managing+System+Licenses

Thanks Ed for your prompt responce. Sadly this doesnt help me utilise the remaining 50 racks that i could have added prior to adding the capacity module. 😞 I guess ill wait till next year to find the money to buy the next 50 licences...
