Hi,
I have one Netbotz Central 2 Standard, it works with 3 Netbotz 550,I need a new sensors and new appliances(leak hope, smoke, etc....) and I want to upgrade to Virtual Appliance, how I can reuse my old license to perform this upgrade? I need to purchase I new software contract support or any other procedure?
My historical data is not important at this time and my very Old Netboz Central is the last non virtualized server in my company.

Hi Roterdan,
There is no upgrade / migration path from NetBotz Central version 2 to StruxureWare Data Center Expert. If you want to go with a virtual DCE server, you will need to start from scratch.
If you have the proper software support, tech support should be able to reset the passcodes used for the existing licenses which you should be able to now use for the new DCE server. Still, you will need to contact your local support to get this done as we can't do this over the EcoStruxure IT Help Center forum. You would need support contracts for the VM server as well as each license key.
