Upgrade DCO to IT Advisor is possible?

Hello,

I am using Data Center Operation 8.x and DCE 7.x.

Abount DCO, do you suggest to move on to IT Advisor and why?

Does it possible to upgrade DCO to IT Advisor or I should reinstall from scratch and import the DCO DB?

Hi Stefano,

DCO and ITA is the same product line, but going forward any enhancements, updates (including security updates) and product improvements will only applied in ITA. So it is highly recommended to consider moving from DCO to ITA.

To move from DCO 8.x to the latest version of ITA, you would need to:
a) make a clean installation of ITA 9.1.x (latest version at the moment is 9.1.2)
b) and then restore the latest backup file from the DCO setup
