All, how to upgrade from DCO to DCO-CoLo version, can you just upgrade or do you need to backup the current configuration and restore on the CoLo version, please advice
FYI, customer is running version DCO 7.5.0

Hi Cees de Vogel you just need to add the co-lo license then it will work. Is this a co-lo customer - or do they just find the Customer functionality of the co-lo version suitable for e.g. internal billing?

Hi Anders, How do the customer buy the upgrade ? is the License to upgrade from basic to colo version available or they will need to buy totally new Colo license (and the basic license is wasted ?). Thx.,

Nguyen Tuan Anh The typical way of doing it is to offer the colo license with a discount, so the customer only pays the difference from the normal DCO to the colo price.
