Hi,
We have just installed DCO and made some changes to a room. However since then, the rooms are not loading - in particular the room labelled "Nevda".
Attached below is the log files from the DCO server

Hi Mate,
We have investigated the log files and the issue you experience has been resolved in our latetest service pack SP3. The issue is a rack-mount PDU on the power path in a storage room. There is a bug in DCO 7.5 where the client cannot handle this situation.
Please download and install the SP3 service pack.
Here is a link to the service pack: http://updates.apc.com/swo/downloads/version/NCE3U31/sp3.cfm
In the patch folder you will find a sp3.txt file with installation instructions.
Thanks
Jesper

Hi Mate, Is this a problem on all the clients connected to the DCO server? One quick thing to try is to un-install one of the DCO clients and re-install it again. This will cause the information from the server to be re-downloaded to the client. We will investigate the logs and get back to you. Thanks Jesper
