Unable to create ETL export database

Hi,

I get the below error when trying to create an export internal database.  Can you advise how to resolve this?

Hi Lai Yuan,

Use another etl user name, it seems you are using an existing user name (in the system).

I guess you might have done the following:

1. created an export data base (such as "test2"), with etl user name "test2"
2. deleted export configuration name (such as "test2")

Note: configuration can be removed, but the created etl user will be in the system (not removed).

3. if I go ahead, and create an export data base, using existing etl user ("test2"), then I would get the similar failure/error:

However, if I use another/not existing etl user name (such as "test2xnewuser"), then the data base creation is successful:

Thank you, I can create the database now using test2xnewuser.  A feature request would be to list down those existing users that cannot be used or remove them from the system altogether if the database is deleted.
