Hello Community,
We have received the following query from a customer Ukraine. Not sure exactly what he is asking so hope the translation to English makes sense to someone else. If not, please let me know.
There are Symmetra PX associated to DCO via DCE and it have 3-ph output module with different load consumer on each phase. If open DCO Symmetra properties and choose Placeholder Panel - there is no option to set these users independently. There are workaround to set 3 x 1ph output modules, but in that case it is impossible to measure load through DCE.
Is that posible to fix that with future DCE releases?
Original question in Ukranian below.
Thanks

Hi John Thompson Translation is correct, but I'm not sure I understand the question. The data centre model in DCO should reflect real equipment. I suspect that user might have updated DCO, but did not model modular breaker panel, leaving it as generic. Modular breaker panel does allow to have separate consumers per phase on one 3x1p breaker. I would recommend this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aT8sZjYmI5c

Great thanks for your answer. Yes, we have forget, after upgrade reorganize breakers panel for symmetra px 80 and so "did not model modular breaker panel, leaving it as generic". We try to use example from this video.
